When does Stone Digital take place?
Stone Digital takes place on Tuesday 22 & Wednesday 23 February 2022.
Visitors will have access to the platform from 7 February to start planning their own agendas and pre-schedule meetings with exhibitors. The platform will remain accessible to visitors and exhibitors until 30 April.
Exhibitors will be required to be available to chat and engage with exhibitors during the show 'open' times; 09:00-17:00 Tuesday 22 & Wednesday 23 March 2022.
When does the Stone Digital platform go live to visitors?
How does Stone Digital complement the Natural Stone Show and Hard Surfaces exhibition?
Stone Digital has been launched to complement both the Natural Stone Show and Hard Surfaces live and provides a platform for the natural stone and hard surfaces industry to come together and start to build the recovery post-Covid-19. Stone Digital transcends geographical boundaries and broadens its reach to a wider audience. Whilst the multi-stream conference places greater emphasis on meeting the challenges that are facing the industry and sharing best practice.
The live Natural Stone and Hard Surfaces events are scheduled for 18 – 20 April 2023 at ExCeL, London. You can read the latest live show information by visiting our dedicated Natural Stone Show and Hard Surfaces websites.
Can I control the content on my Stone Digital stand?
Each exhibitor will be provided with login details to the platform from which they can upload and update content to their digital stand. Exhibitors will have 24-hour access to their stands to update when necessary.
All exhibitors will be invited to attend a webinar demonstration on Tuesday 12 January, shortly after which they will be given access to the platform enabling them to build their own virtual booth. All exhibitors that book after the 12 January will be given a link to a recording of this webinar, to bring them up to speed on building their own booth.
What level of platform user support is available?
Each exhibitor will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager from January. Your Account Manager will ensure that you get the most out of your virtual booth and provide you with any support you may need to create and add content to your booth.
In addition, all exhibitors will be invited to attend a platform webinar demonstration on Tuesday 12 January after which it will be available to use.
